Return Policy

At Love, Coley, we want you to absolutely love your purchase! If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

Timeframe: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale or clearance items (final sale).

Need a different size or color? Contact us within 14 days, and we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange, subject to availability.

Email us at nicole@shoploveycoley.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!
